Asking why he has been ill; expressing her hope that he will visit, as promised, in November; saying that Allingham is moving from Ballyshannon to London; turning the rest of the letter over to Ned [Edward Burne-Jones] who expresses his worry for Ruskin's health and wishing he [Ruskin] could be in London among friends who could cheer him.
